How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it anytime from My Account → Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of being placed, from My Account → Orders → Cancel Order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available in select pincodes.
What is your return policy?
You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are plated for durability, but avoiding contact with perfume and water will help them last longer.
