Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of being placed, from My Account → Orders → Cancel Order.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives, per our Returns Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If payment was already made, refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations by THEE MUSEUM

In rare cases (stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud) we may cancel an order and will notify you by email with a full refund.
